Main Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Pro-Forma will be required for the first order.
2. Accounts will be offered to established customers on 28 day credit terms.
3. All goods remain the property of Sequin Stone Limited t/a CARE from CONTRABAND until paid for in full.
4. Any claim for damage or non-delivery of goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
5. We reserve the right to part supply.
6. Prices are subject to change and are plus Vat (where applicable) and delivery at cost.
7. Goods are offered subject to availability.
8. The minimum order is £100 excluding vat and delivery.
9. Orders below £100 are taken at our discretion and are subject to a £5 small order charge.
10. We may not be held liable for failure to deliver goods/orders as a result of Acts of God, uncontrollable events such as War or Terroists Attacks or any Influenza Pandemic
